FACILITY MAINTENANCE

8:00 am - 5:00 pm
$22.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform basic to semi-skilled maintenance for medical facility property, equipment, and grounds
- Complete general mechanical repairs, painting, basic electrical and plumbing tasks, and respond to work requests
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems efficiently
- Conduct basic building repairs and touch-ups as needed
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Identify and resolve common maintenance issues promptly
- Communicate maintenance concerns with relevant departments and supervisors
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently carry up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent reaching, bending, and standing/walking up to 6 hours per 8-hour shift
- Ability to exert 20–50 lbs. of force occasionally
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication (written, verbal, and listening) skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
